Fleet Success Manager

Role

OceanSync is expanding, and we are looking for a fleet success manager. You will help the onboarding and ongoing experience of our host vessels. You will oversee the deployment of OceanSync systems worldwide and help those crews and companies install and activate their OceanSync gateway.

An individual that understands projects and people! Our systems need to be shipped worldwide and coordinated to be at the right place at the right time with the world's ocean fleet. System Logistics

We need help getting our systems onto vessels that have committed to hosting our systems. You will work with our sales- and engineering teams, and at the point of handover, you will package and ship the system to meet the vessel at a pre-arragned location.

The Vessel

Once the system is in the hands of the vessel crew, we need you to be available to help guide them through the installation steps. You will be the point person to help figure out the optimal location for our sensors, commissioning of the gateway and connect it to the Inmarsat satellite connection.

The Fleets

Hundreds of vessels will be hosting OceanSync systems, and we need you to keep your finger on the pulse of how it is going for them after installation. You will be the main point of contact to direct information from our team to vessel owners and back again.

Organization

Ability to keep tabs on many moving parts. From units being shipped out to maintaining a log of what ships and where the next installation will be. We need excellent record-keeping and tracking abilities.

Technical skills

Strong computer skills to work with spreadsheets, CRM, and workflow systems.  You will be able to shape a process flow from scratch, communicate effectively with the team and evaluate.

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Communicate with internal and external clients to understand and define business needs and appropriate modelling techniques to provide solutions.

Mind Set

You will be dealing with shippers and logistics firms worldwide and will need to keep a patient and an open mind to organize and collaborate with many different parties.
